Bai Feng Jiu is the only nine-tailed red fox in all the realms, the only grandchild of the Qing Qiu nine-tailed fox Bai Family, and heir to the 5 Wildernesses that are ruled by her grandparents and uncles, and aunt. She's mostly raised by her aunt Bai Qian, Queen of the Eastern Wilderness, as well as her Uncle and his husband, Bai Zhen and Zhe Yan. Feng Jiu spent her youth climbing trees and tumbling into rivers to fish. Her hobbies were getting into fights and cooking, and she was very good at those two things. She wasn't particularly book smart and often got into trouble with her teachers for her pranks and carelessness.
Throughout her school career, she was only good at two classes: Weapon Design and Ancient History. She had an interest in the first due to her love of making things and studying fighting, and an interest in the second due to her brief encounter with the most ancient god of them all - Donghua Dijun, once Emperor of Heaven and Earth, now retired in Taichen Palace in Heavenly Realm.
Eventually, she seemed to give up. When her aunt married, the throne of the Eastern Wilderness was passed to her and she became Queen of Qing Qiu.
