Javan and Parisa are the red-eyed siblings of the Carmine family and they would've remained with their family if a demigod by the name of Zayne hadn't chosen them to be his angels. The two are related to the Twins of Prevention and it shows in the way they tell their targets that they are not the angels that are supposed to save them. Javan and Parisa are now known as Zayne's angels and they will continue to carry out his orders until their final breath.
