Felice and Felicia are known as the Destiny Twins due to the fact they can guess what destiny had chosen for other people but not themselves. They are related to the Twins of Prevention and they show it in the way they say "Destiny has chosen death for you" to their targets before killing them. The sisters don't actually have clothes so they cover their bodies with a length of orange fabric that they have had since birth but this means they get rather cold. Can anyone help the twins and maybe finally give them clothes?
